Ken is a former Brooklyn Prosecutor who is still litigating cases for the firm. In addition we work with several other local attorneys who insure every matter is given proper attention.

Ken works closely with company founders to protect them as they grow and obtain additional financing. He is also experienced in corporate disputes, and remedies.
ENTERTAINMENT LAW
Ken is an expert in Entertainment law with over 30 years of practical experience in the music industry and over 23 years of practical experience in the movie industry. Ken has been involved with financing motion pictures, and packaging films for private entities, and has been involved with representing distributors, grammy winners, directors, and producers of film and music.
CRIMINAL LAW and CORPORATE WRONGDOING
Ken has over twelve years experience as a criminal defense attorney as well as time served as a Brooklyn prosecutor. He is well versed in criminal law and fraud, and is up to speed on federal statutes concerning civil acts which offend criminal code.
FOUNDERS PROTECTION
Ken is an expert in protecting start up founders and is well versed in employment offerings, designing operating agreements, and insuring founders are not tossed out of their own companies.

About Ken Kushner
Ken graduated from Fordham University with a degree in Finance and later in his career graduated St.John's University School of Law.
He served on St.John's law school alumni Board for several years after finishing law school.
Ken is currently serving as in house business and legal affairs for Excision Biotheraputics, as well as Massive Film Project, Inc. Oramology LLC, and the O Institute. He also is a managing member of the Patriot Town homeless veterans project and holds a certification in Military Mental Behavioral Health PTSD Peer Counseling issued by Vet to Vet, one of the most distinguished not for profits offering PTSD peer counseling to needy military veterans.
Ken has done contracts in connection with the launch of MTV Russia and the acquisition of the E network licensing. He has also produced over 150 music videos for sony, def jam interscope and universal records to name a few.
His current practice includes focus on Real Estate Development, Criminal Law, Entertainment Law, Founder and start up protection, and Litigation both civil and criminal. He also is involved with financing of projects, companies, and intellectual property.
Our associates handle most of our other matters including personal injury, divorce, and simple corporate set ups.
Ken is currently married with three children and resides in Huntington NY.
